Manage your routers in Winbox from the office, at home or in the field, without a public IP, port forwarding or exposing Winbox to the internet.
- Works behind CGNAT. Your router connects out to our server over an encrypted WireGuard VPN, so no public IP and no open ports are needed.
- Winbox only opens for you. Click Open in GLACXYSTEM and the router is reachable from your internet connection only, then it closes on its own.
- No app needed. Use the open button from any PC, or keep the WireGuard app on your own laptop for full access to all your routers.
- Stays connected. Routers reconnect by themselves after a brownout or an ISP drop, and you see which ones are online at a glance.

Good to know
Do I need to change my routers?
No. GLACXYSTEM works with the MikroTik routers you already have (RouterOS 6 and 7) and the PPPoE accounts already on them. We connect each router over our secure VPN, so you don't need to open any ports.
Can you move my subscribers from my current system?
Yes. We have moved ISPs from a heavily customized PHPNuxBill, from MikroTik exports and from spreadsheets. Subscribers, plans, due dates and PPPoE accounts come over, and we check the numbers with you before anything goes live.
Is my data separate from other ISPs?
Yes. Each ISP has its own workspace and web address. Your staff can only sign in to yours, and no other ISP can see your subscribers.
Who receives the online payments?
You do. Subscribers pay through your own PayMongo or MAXXpayment merchant account, so the money goes straight to you. GLACXYSTEM only confirms the payment with the gateway and updates the bill and the router.
Can I try it before switching?
Yes. We set up your workspace with your real data in a trial mode where routers are only simulated. You see exactly who would be cut off and reconnected before you switch it on.
Is GLACXYSTEM Remote safe?
Yes. Routers connect out to us over encrypted WireGuard, so nothing on your router is opened to the internet. When you open a router for Winbox, only your own internet connection can reach it, only for the time you choose, and the router's own username and password are still required.
How do I pay GLACXYSTEM?
You get one statement at the start of each month for the month before: ₱8 per active client plus ₱1 per SMS. New installs are free for their first month.
